Kyle James Callahan, age 52 of Nashville, TN went home to be with the Lord on Sunday August 26, 2018. Kyle was born in Sioux Falls, SD, son of Dianne Griffith of Nashville and the late Jerry Callahan of Sioux Falls,SD. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Diane Hooker Callahan, his mother Dianne Griffith, half sister Christy Conrad and niece Terra Joy Allgaier. Kyle's beloved sister, Teresa Callahan Allgaier, of Cincinnati just recently passed away.

Kyle served as Senior Vice-President of Accredo and President of Hemophilia Health Services and on the Board of Directors of Accredo. He was a founder and Board Member of Anovo. He had also served on the Bayer Multidisciplinary Board, the THBDF Board and the Alexis de Tocqueville Board. He was the current Commodore of the Nashville Yacht Club. Kyle was a true gentleman and leader with a passion for living life to the fullest. A celebration of life memorial will be held at Union Station Hotel on Sat Sept 8.
