Nashville Yacht Club Yachts to Nashville

Happy Spring NYC members! Join us August 9-11 for the first annual "Nashville Yacht Club Yachts to Nashville" trip to downtown. We have the whole east bank to ourselves and have been promised this weekend exclusively each year. So let's fill it up! We've got 380' of dock to work with and can tie up three abreast so there's room for boats big and small. To read up on the docks go to:

.

Pricing is $1.75 per vessel foot for each night. We will also be splitting the cost of a person to patrol the nearby bridge from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM on both Friday and Saturday nights.

This trip is ideal for frequent downtown sojourners or first-time downtown boaters (because all your friends will be there to help). Available sleeping accommodations include nearby hotels (within walking distance), Air b n b's and your boat. Please be aware that docks do not include water hook ups and electric is limited. Generators may be necessary.

The schedule of events so far is as follows:

  • August 9: Early evening cocktail party on the boats and dock. Dinner on your own.
  • August 10: Group lunch in the afternoon. There's lots going on downtown for you to explore. For music lovers, Chris Stapleton is playing at the Bridgestone Arena and several in the group are going. Grab your tickets now and we'll arrange a happy hour/dinner meeting place.
  • August 11: "Donuts and Drinks Departure Breakfast" mid-morning (although you are free to leave on your own schedule taking into account lock access).

You will be able to book your slip space using the DOCKWA app beginning June 10 (60 days out form August 9) You will use the code YachtClub24 to secure a spot. We will send out a reminder and update just ahead of June 10.
